We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were pretty good too assist us with our travel plans and room change. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like coffee, tea, and a mini bar. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in a residential area but only a few stops away from the main tourist area and the lake on the tram. We also enjoyed the convenience of having two main tram lines right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city.
